Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. ground meat (I used turkey)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2-3 carrots, cut in small pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut in small pieces
- salt, pepper, seasoning of choice (I used garlic powder)
- Saute onions, celery, carrots, and salt on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground meat and break into small pieces. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add zucchini. Cover. Cook until meat is browned and veggies are softened.
